STILL is a reflection on wave patterns and frequency spectrums as a visual metaphor.
The work examines the correlation between light intensity, color space and dynamics, as with extreme contrast shifts perceived in flickering light. Starting as a single frame, devoid of movement or action, the concept of each composition emerges from processing an image rather than building it. A series of layering steps loads each picture, giving them vibrancy and potential while remaining perfectly still.
